Combined technology deployment with behavior-change strategy: continuous support, needs sensing, centralized resources, daily communication, train-the-trainer practices, rapid iteration, and a network of 17 Zoom moderators.
Adoption and enablement
Daily communication, just-in-time support, and a moderator network kept faculty and staff supported while practices were still forming.
